John Krasinkski’s “The Hollars” casting call for stand-ins in Mississippi
Morgan Casting is the local casting company for the upcoming feature film, The Hollars, which will film in Jackson, Mississippi this summer starting mid July.
The feature film will feature The Office‘s John Krasinksi, Pitch Perfect‘s Anna Kendrick and Richard Jenkin’s from Six Feet Under. According to Deadline, “The Hollars” centers on John Hollar (John Krasinski), an aspiring NYC artist who takes his girlfriend (Anna Kendrick) back to his Middle America hometown on the eve of his mother’s (Margo Martindale) brain surgery.
There he’s forced to navigate the crazy life he left behind as his dysfunctional family, high school pals, his father (Richard Jenkins), and his over-eager ex flood back into his life ahead of the operation.
The pic is produced by Krasinski’s Sunday Night production company and scripted by James C. Strouse in what’s described as a blend of Steel Magnolias and Garden State.
Casting directors are looking for a stand-in for Margo Martindale. For more details check out the casting call below:

Looking for a Stand In for Margo Martindale. Ideally you should look similar to her in height (5’6) and age.
Must be available to work between July 15th and August 13th.
Must be local or able to work local to Jackson MS area.
