Casting directors are currently seeking background actors to work in the upcoming feature film The Amazing Spiderman 2.
The Amazing Spiderman 2 is an upcoming feature film from the hearts and minds of Marvel Comics. This feature film will be directed by Marc Webb. Webb who made his directorial debut in the 2009 feature film 500 days of Summer helm this upcoming feature film.
Yahoo recently reported on The Amazing Spiderman 2 last month stating that Spider-man 2 will be the largest production. But it is hard to deny that Spiderman 2 is not one of the most remebered and celebrated superheroes of this generation. Spider-man has captured evil-doers on television, comic books, and again on feature film.
According to the governor’s office, the upcoming Marc Webb feature film will require nearly 3,500 employees. So production companies are requesting a large amount of production assistants (contact information for resume submission will be found below). They will need a FEW HUNDRED actors to work background work in the feature film (Yahoo).
“The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” which features Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, is the second installment of the franchise’s reboot under Webb. According to Columbia TriStar Pictures, which is backing the movie, this is the first installment to be filmed completely in New York.

Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking Extras for the new Columbia Pictures Film London Calling aka The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
An open casting call will be held on Friday, May 10 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. for SAG-AFTRA members and 12:00 p.m-4:00 p.m. for NON-UNION at the Roseland Ballroom, 239 W.52nd Street (between 7th & 8th Aves), New York, NY 10019.
There is no experience necessary to apply. Be prepared to have a digital photo taken when you get to there.
