These are speaking roles, so casting directors are looking for actors to audition for the leading roles in the video training production.

Training Videos Casting Call
Southwest Casting is accepting submissions for a series of scenario videos for a major corporation. These videos will be used internally for training purposes, used to prompt discussion amongst their employees.
The character breakdown and other information is below. Please read it thoroughly and if interested in being considered, follow the directions at the bottom of this casting notice carefully.
These are speaking roles, but we are casting from headshots/resumes (and demo reels if available – but demos are not required.)
You must include a recent JPG photo with your submission – we are planning on casting from photos only, so your submission photo must be accurate. Also include your resume if available.
Project Overview:
Series of diversity and inclusion videos that will only be used internally at the company for training purposes.

Chinese Male
- o Age: 30-40s
- o Will be playing an interviewer
Chinese female
- o Age: 30s-40s
- o Will be playing a hiring manager
African American Female
- o Age: 30s-40s
- o Will be playing an operator
White Male
- o Age: 30s-40s
- o Will be playing an operator
Hispanic Male
- o Age: 30s
- o Will be playing an operator, “Ed”
African American Male
- o Age: college age
- o Will be playing an operator, “John”
White Male
- o Age: 40s-50s
- o Will be playing Joker/Curt
White Male
- o Age: 20s-30s
- o Visibly overweight, playing a job candidate
African American Male
- o Age: 30s-40s
- o Will be playing job interviewer/hiring manager
Middle Eastern Male
- o Age: 40s-50s
- o playing a job candidate, neat beard required
Rate:
$150 for the shoot day. Non-union.
