Netflix’s House of Cards season 5 is now casting trained dogs in Washington, D.C.
Marinella Hume Casting is now casting trained dogs and their owners for Netflix’s hit TV series House of Cards. Filming will take place in the near future for the popular Netflix series. Casting directors are casting the following roles:
- Looking for a well-trained dog and its middle class looking owner. You must be able to command your dog to walk on a leash, heel, and control behavior. Your dog must be well behaved and comfortable around large groups of people—we cannot have a dog that is going to get distracted or bark at people
About House of Cards:
House of Cards centers around the ruthless politician Francis Underwood and his wife and partner-in-crime Claire. The show has been based in Baltimore since the first episode, largely doubling for the city of Washington, DC. Maryland offers filming incentives for both film and TV shows, with TV producers able to access a tax credit of up to 27%.
