‘House of Cards’ Season 5 Casting Call for Runners, Baristas and Cafe Goers

Netflix’s House of Cards season 5 is now casting upscale cafe goers in Washington, D.C.

Marinella Hume Casting is now casting restaurant customers and real restaurant staff for a big scene filming on Tuesday, November 22nd in Baltimore, Maryland. Casting directors are looking for background extras to play upscale restaurant and Washington D.C. cafe customers. In addition, casting directors are looking for people to play baristas, wait staff and cooks.

About House of Cards:

 House of Cards centers around the ruthless politician Francis Underwood and his wife and partner-in-crime Claire. The show has been based in Baltimore since the first episode, largely doubling for the city of Washington, DC. Maryland offers filming incentives for both film and TV shows, with TV producers able to access a tax credit of up to 27%.
