Usage/Run:
- Media: Any forms of digital moving media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to Internet/Digital/Social (including, without limitation, streaming or downloadable formats on all social channels, on Licensee’s websites/apps and social media, and any third-party websites/apps, CTV, OTT) Digital Stills pulled from footage, and PR, including press releases.
- Term: 1 (one) Year from the first air date (FAD will be in Q1 2024 TBC) as approved by the Client. In addition, at any time during and after the Term, the Licensees may continue to use the materials produced hereunder for internal use, external presentations (including but not limited to corporate meetings, sales meetings, and conventions), historical purposes (including Licensee’s social media accounts), publicity (including, without limitation, on Licensee’s websites) and award show submissions in perpetuity, worldwide.
- Territory: Worldwide for Internet/Digital/Social/PR
- Renewal Rate for an additional 1 Year of use: +10% (standard)
Additional Provisions:
- Travel Day: $750 + 20%
- Wardrobe: $100 + 20%
