Netflix’s ‘House of Cards’ season 4 is looking for actors, models, and talent to play congressional types, tourists, business types, and commuter cyclists to work on a scene filming on Monday, November 23rd in Baltimore, Maryland.
Kevin Spacey plays a Democrat from South Carolina who creates an elaborate plan to get himself into the highest position of power in the country, with the help of his wife, Mrs. Underwood. Season 3 ended with Underwood seeking re-election and it seems that in Season 4 of House of Cards, he had won the election.
