Amazon’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 2 is now casting extras for a hula hoop class in New York City.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Tuesday, June 26th in New York City.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Grant Wilfley Casting is DEPOSIT, NY AREA LOCALS to portray 1950s Jewish Resort Guests in a HULA HOOP class for work on the Golden Globe winning Amazon THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL. Specifically seeking Caucasian men and women, all ages!
About The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel:
A housewife in the 1950s decides to become a standup comic. The AMAZON series features Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, and Marin Hinkle.

This will work on TUESDAY, 6/26.
This will film in Deposit, NY. Please only submit if you are local to NY and surrounding areas.
WARDROBE FITTING will be the week before in Binghamton, NY.
*Must be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke. No wool allergies. This show takes place in the 1950s, and will be spring/Summer season! Interior/Exterior work!
All must be 18+ over and local to the Deposit, NY area to work this scene. Must also have valid, government issued ID to work!

-Do you have availability the week before for a wardrobe fitting?
-What ID will you be bringing to set to fill out an I-9?
-Please attach 2-3 recent photos so we can see your CURRENT look! One picture should be full length! Please include photo/video of you hula hooping if possible!
-Please note any experience you have hula hooping
-Men: are you comfortable being clean shaven?
-Men: are you comfortable receiving a 1950s haircut?
