HBO miniseries “The Plot Against America” is now casting extras for a funeral scene in New York City
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on August 15th in New York City with a fitting on August 13th in Long Island City, New York.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking NON-UNION AFRICAN-AMERICAN & CAUCASIAN MEN & WOMEN (18+) TO PORTRAY IRISH, JEWISH, & WORKING CLASS TYPE FUNERAL ATTENDEES for the new HBO/DAVID SIMON series THE PLOT AGAINST AMERICA.
About “The Plot Against America”:
According to Deadline, the new HBO series is a six-part miniseries based on the Philip Roth novel. The show will center around an alternate American history told through the eyes of a Jewish family in New Jersey as they watch the rise of the nation toward fascism. In April 2019, Winona Ryder, Zoe Kazan, Morgan Spector, John Turturro Anthony Boyle, Azhy Robertson, and Caleb Malis joined the cast of the series.
