Amazon Series ‘Z: The Beginning of Everything’ casting call for couples in NYC.
Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking actors, models, and talent to play “kissing couples” – heterosexual couples simulating making out -for the new Amazon show starring Christina Ricci. Producers are looking for Caucasian men and women between the ages of 18 to 35.
About Z: The Beginning of Everything:
Z is a biography series based on the life of Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald, the brilliant, beautiful and talented Southern Belle who becomes the original flapper and icon of the wild, flamboyant Jazz Age in the 20s. Starring Christina Ricci (Monster) as Zelda Fitzgerald, Z starts before she meets the unpublished writer F. Scott Fitzgerald (Gavin Stenhouse, Allegiance), and moves through their passionate, turbulent love affair and their marriage-made in heaven, lived out in hell as the celebrity couple of their time. The series travels through the wild parties, the wicked jazz, the dissolute artists of the era, as well as the alcoholism, adultery and struggle with dashed dreams and mental illness that characterizes their later years.

GWCI is seeking SAG-AFTRA and NON UNION to play “kissing couples”/ heterosexual couples simulating making out for the new Amazon show starring Christina Ricci, “Z: The Beginning of Everything”. Ages 18-35, Caucasian.

Please note this is a period show, takes place in 1918. Men should be comfortable receiving a 1918 haircut (includes side burns) and being clean shaven. Women cannot have hair shorter than shoulder length and longer than bra strap length. Everyone should be comfortable working around smoke, and have no wool allergies.
Shoot date is TBD, but sometime between 7/11-7/25, filming in the tri-state area. Fitting will be in Queens.
