The Banker starring Samuel L. Jackson is now casting extras for a Jazz club scene in Atlanta, Georgia.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Thursday, October 4th in Atlanta, Georgia.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • We are CASTING for MEN and WOMEN for our key JAZZ CLUB in the film, in the 1950s! This will be an amazing scene with our lead actors!! Not a huge call!
  • – BLACK
    – Male and Female
    – AGES 20 to 60
    – DANCE EXPERIENCE for some will be ideal. We need to make sure we have at least 20 good, solid Jazz dancers in our group!

About The Banker:

Details for the upcoming feature film have not been released. The Banker will star Samuel L Jackson, Anthony Mackie, Nia Long, and Nicholas Hoult.

– Working this THURS 10/4
and
– FITTING TUES 10/2 if possible (prefitting most but not all)
– Filming in Atlanta
– This scene takes place in the 1950s
– some good dancers are needed too!


Please READ CAREFULLY

We are CASTING for MEN and WOMEN for our key JAZZ CLUB in the film, in the 1950s! This will be an amazing scene with our lead actors!! Not a huge call!

– BLACK
– Male and Female
– AGES 20 to 60
– DANCE EXPERIENCE for some will be ideal. We need to make sure we have at least 20 good, solid Jazz dancers in our group!

IMPORTANT HAIR and SIZE NOTES for this film:

– MEN will get a PERIOD HAIR CUT (short) and the only facial hair acceptable is a mustache (and it will be shaped appropriate to the period). Bald is only ok if naturally bald and/or over 40 – young men did not shave their heads back then.
– WOMEN- hair must be able to be styled in the period. No wigs, and only natural colors for hair. No extensions , etc…
No modern finger nails
– SIZES:
Men- Jacket size 38 to 46 jacket
Women – Dress size 0 to 12 and no one larger than a D cup


IMPORTANT NOTES

– Working this THURS 10/4 – daytime filming
and
– FITTING TUES 10/2 (for as many as possible)

– Filming and Fitting in ATLANTA

Pay rates: $72 for 8 hrs with OT after that
Fitting pay: $18

1. “YES FITTING” if you are avail Tuesday for the fitting
or “NO FITTING” if you are not (fittings are a priority, FYI, so we will be booking those first)

2. Please tell us if you have DANCE EXPERIENCE – training, how long, where, what dance styles you are trained for or good at. If you are not trained, but are a good dancer naturally, tell us that as well. If you are not a good dancer, you can just say nothing.


You MUST be LOCAL to the GREATER ATLANTA, GEORGIA AREA (or willing to work as a local hire)
