Tom Hardy Takes Over in New ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ Trailer [VIDEO]

Warner Bros. gave fans a chance to see an early look at the new ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ movie starring Tom Hardy.

The first scenes of “Mad Max: Fury Road” was previewed at Comic-Con Sunday and it looks like Tom Hardy is going to take Mel Gibson’s performance to a new level.

Mad Max: Fury Road” is a sequel to the 1980 cult classic starring Mel Gibson. This will be the fourth film in the franchise and according to TheWrap will be directed, produced and co-written by George Miller, the director of the original.

Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Zoë Kravitz, Riley Keough, Hugh Keays-Byrne and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley also star in “Fury Road.”

It’s set to be released on May 15, 2015, and it looks like it will be one of next summer’s biggest films.
