ABC is ramping up production on two new comedy pilots

ABC has ordered two additional comedy pilots. An adaptation of the 1989 comedy “Uncle Buck” and a project from “30 Rock” alums Tina Fey and Robert Carlock.

“Uncle Buck” comes from Universal TV and executive producer Will Packer. Steven Cragg and Brian Bradley wrote the pilot and it centers around a childish man who ends up taking care of his brother’s children.

“Family Fortune” comes from Universal TV. Fortune Feimster stars and co-wrote the pilot with Matt Hubbard. The TV pilot centers around a gym teacher in Georgia who comes out to her family and friends, just as her divorced parents begin to rekindle their relationship.
