Arnold Schwarzenegger says the fourth ‘Terminator’ movie “sucked”
The actor has no regrets about skipping the 4th ‘Terminator’ movie, ‘Terminator Salvation.’
Arcnold Schwarzenegger doesn’t have any qualms about not having been back for ‘Terminator Salvation’. The actor spoke to ‘Good Morning America’ recently about the fact that the fourth movie was the only movie in the franchise that Arnold Schwarzenegger is not in.
“Thank God,” Schwarzenegger said. “It sucked.” The actor admitted his schedule as California governor had kept him from filming scenes for the 2009 film.
Terminator Salvation, starring Christian Bale and Sam Worthington, made $125.3 million domestically and is generally considered by fans to be a disappointment. It carries a 33 percent approval rating on movie-aggregate site Rotten Tomatoes.
Paramount’s Terminator Genisys, directed by Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World) and also starring Emilia Clarke,Jai Courtney and Jason Clarke, hits theaters July 1. Schwarzenegger’s interview can be seen in the video below.
