Rushcard by Russell Simmons Causes Financial Turbulence for Some Users
In today’s society there are over 65 millions individuals in America that have do not have a bank account or like pay check-to-pay check using prepaid payroll cards. Russell Simmons took advantage of the individuals living in America who utilize prepaid payroll cards.
Simmons is the founder of the Rushcard. The Rushcard recently increased users’ transaction fees to allow card users to receive their paycheck only two days early. Just last week, the Rushcard locked out hundreds of users out of their account.

The users that were locked out of their account did not have any access to their money. The company claims that they were simply trying to get their systems back up.
