The CW’s Plans to Infiltrate the Irish Mob with New Series from ’24’ Editor

The is working with 24 alum Matt Michnovetz for The Cover, an FBI about the Irish Mob.

, recently reported that the new script to commitment will allow for the network to decide if they show will skip the traditional stage and go straight to becoming a series.

The Cover centers around a handsome young FBI who goes undercover in with order to infiltrate the Irish Mob. Along the way he develops a relationship with a local girl who also has a secret of her own. Soon, he learns that there is no one to trust as the investigation goes sideways.

Michnovetz, worked as a staff and story on Fox' 24. It is expected that he will write the series script. John Morayniss and Michael Rosenberg will the project along with Steven Marrs.
