Tori Spelling is Suing Benihana for Third Degree Burns

Tori Spelling is suing Benihana after allegedly sustaining burns in April when she fell on a grill in Los Angeles.

The actress filed a persona injury lawsuit against the world-famous hibachi chain on Wednesday, according to People. Court documents obtained by the news out says she’s claiming she’s suffered medical expenses, wage loss, general damage and loss of earning capacity. Tori Spelling apparently slipped and fell on a grill, injuring her arm.

The lawsuit says Spelling “sustained deep second and third degree burn injuries requiring hospitalization and surgery” and is seeking unspecified damages.

Victoria Davey “Tori” Spelling is an American actress and author. Her first major role was Donna Martin on Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1990, produced by her father.
