Netflix's Sense 8 will film in Chicago this June
Netflix's hit sci-fi drama by the creators of The Matrix is headed to Chicago next month to film part of their second season, according to the Chicago Film Commission. Filming will start this June 4th through 15th. Atmosphere Casting posted on Monday that they will be handling the background actors for the Netflix series.
Sense8 season2 will focus on eight characters from across the world, all connected by a very violent vision. Each episode — shot in the UK, Seoul, Mumbai, Nairobi, Berlin, Mexico City, San Francisco and Chicago — will follow the characters' separate stories, even as one entity tries to bring the octet together and another tries to kill them.
