Marvel Studios has hit the jackpot by signing Yahya Abdul-Mateen II to star in their upcoming film, Wonder Man.
This will not be the first time an Emmy-winning actor has taken on a comic-book superhero role. He previously played Dr. Manhattan in HBO’s Watchmen series and Black Manta in the 2018 Aquaman film.
