Albert De Guzman

Albert De Guzman is a 6 ft tall Southeast Asian of Filipino and Hispanic origin. He clinched a role in the Paramount original film series - Lawmen: Bass Reeves which is released this Fall 2023. He played Fort Smith City Man and an Asian immigrant in the said series. This Fil-Am actor was born and raised in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines and currently residing in Wylie, Texas. When he was in the Philippines, he won the regional search of Mr. University in the year 1999 and went on to compete in the national finals. Moreover, he was hired as event host at various major events in his home country. He also appeared in a famous national Game Show, now defunct, "Pilipinas, Game Ka Na Ba?" (stylized as Game KNB?). For several years, he chose to be in the health care profession. He earned his health care degrees - BS in Physical Therapy (2000) and BS in Nursing (2004) including MS in Nurse Practitioner (2021). In 2023, he decided to embark in the commercial and film industry. Aside from his background role in this Paramount original film series, he appeared in two commercials. First is the FIBA Basketball World Cup Campaign (Nothing Else Matters with NBA star Jordan Clarkson). The commercial was internationally released in August 2023. His other TV commercial by Health & Human Services (For the Love of School) was released in July 2023. With these new laurels, he is set to conquer the limelight with his raw acting talent.
