Hiroyuki Laughs• As you know I was (born July 24, 1986), I started out as a singer and songwriter from Misato-shi, Tokyo., Japan. I released my debut single "Ever Love" (1998) then my 2nd studio album, "Akirameru Tsumori Wa Arimasen" (2002), which debuted at number-two on the Japanese Oricon charts. "Akirameru Tsumori Wa Arimasen" eventually sold over 320,000 copies and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan. I did some acting but primarily music in Japan and London doing minor things like some commercials, a few films, and modeling. I was signed to Epic Records, a sub-label of Sony Music Entertainment Japan for over 3 Months before signing a contract at Avex Entertainment in Japan. Ultimately 11 wasn't very comfortable being in the public eye when I was younger and decided I wanted to work behind the scenes. Eventually I started University a few years later and knew I wanted to work in fashion & media. I came from two parents who worked in the industry and so it was a bit easier for me to obtain internships and work.
