Hello , my name is Krysta Covington I am a published author of a book entitled LifeLine Defeating Depression. I help teens and young adults prevent suicide. I have played a high school student , Cheerleader, Teacher, and varies other roles . I have Modeled for 7 years fitness wear and swimsuits . I have worked in a few commercials L.L Beam , Political campaigns and for Twisted Tea . I have also worked with DC comics, Marvel, Amazon Prime, Disney , Hulu & Netflix. Acting has given me a positive influence for every student I help with depression. They are very inspired with my journey and I love helping them realize their potential!
