Lamonte Goode

CyberYoga Biography 2023 Lamonte Goode, also known as @cyberyoga, is the founder and creator of CyberYoga, a unique movement practice that combines elements of calisthenics, yoga, breakdancing, and spirituality. With over 83,000 Instagram followers, Goode has gained recognition for his innovative approach to yoga and movement. Based on the foundation of yoga, CyberYoga emphasizes the transformation of future movement and aims to inspire people to push their physical and mental boundaries. Goode, who is from Akron, Ohio, but now resides in Los Angeles, has a background in dance and has appeared in films, commercials, TV shows, and music videos for well-known artists such as Rihanna, Shakira, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and Wyclef Jean. Goode is a self-taught dancer with a passion for atypical movement and has been performing in live showcases and competitions since 1996. As an internationally-recognized handstand and arm balancing expert, he holds workshops and clinics in L.A. and around the world. When not teaching, Goode continues to train, compete and perform, drawing inspiration from art, architecture, nature, and the fluid movements of the human body.
