Your Responsibilities
You want to make a change and help increase 7Mind’s brand awareness in France? Take ownership over the creation, management, tracking and optimization of marketing campaigns to support our expansion on the French market. Your tasks as a Junior manager will include:
- Help building Influencer Marketing campaigns and Brand cooperations (identify, recruit, negotiate and manage social media influencers)
- Monitor and analyze success metrics and derive learnings to continue to grow our community and influencer partnerships
- Help manage and activate our Social Media for France (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook …)
- With your creativity you provide engaging content including copy and visual
Your Profile
- University degree in Business, Communication studies, or equal work experience
- Fluency in French and very good English
- Preferably, first working experience (>1 year) in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Content Marketing
- Deep understanding of the French influencer market and Social Media trends
- Structured and independent work attitude with attention to details
- You are proactive, creative, and have team spirit

Job Description: We are looking for a Parabolic Microphone Operator to assist in capturing live field audio during the Virginia vs Wake Forest game at Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC. The operator will be responsible for using a wired parabolic microphone dish to capture ambient sounds from the field, enhancing the live broadcast experience by bringing the audience closer to the action.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a wired parabolic microphone dish along the sidelines or endline to capture the general sounds of the game.
- Follow the gameplay closely, adjusting the microphone to capture optimal audio as the action unfolds.
- Work in coordination with the broadcast team to ensure continuous high-quality audio capture.
- Stand for long periods and move along the field as needed to follow the action.
- Adapt to outdoor conditions, including varying weather, while maintaining performance.
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
- A basic understanding of football or general sports is necessary to effectively follow the game and capture relevant audio.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure the best possible audio capture.
- Prior experience with audio equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
