In this exciting and varied role, our PR and Communications Director will manage and oversee the creation and implementation of a comprehensive and targeted PR and Communications strategy for our flagship, Bicester Village. You will ensure optimal positioning in the UK, and communicate relevant messaging to guests, the press and tourism professionals.
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement an annual PR strategy with a business-driven approach
- Develop an advocacy program including Influencers
- Curating traction with opinion leaders to grow our advocacy, increase awareness, reach, and add to the guest acquisition strategy
- Elevate the % of Footfall, Sales & Sales Per Visit from key activities and communication strategies.
- Act as the principal PR contact for all national and local media, nurture and develop relationships, pitch ideas, and circulate press releases
- Manage and execute all PR activity for any village campaigns, global campaigns, brand launches or brand events
- Develop stories and maintain coherence between PR and Marketing across all activities: Fashion, Tourism, F&B, Hospitality and Corporate issues
- Work closely with our Global Senior PR Director and the Global PR team to ensure alignment on international PR initiatives

- Strong experience in digital PR experience

Casting Call: Viola for TV Series
Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
- Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
