Casting Call: Churros Vendor for Geico/MLB Shoot in Orlando
Job Details: We seek a talented Churros Vendor for an upcoming Geico/MLB shoot in Orlando. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a dynamic production. We are specifically looking for individuals who can create an authentic churros vending experience on set.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a churros vending booth at the shoot location.
- Prepare and serve churros to the cast and crew during filming breaks and downtime.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with the production team.
- Collaborate with the production staff to ensure a seamless and efficient vending process.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and operating equipment.
- Assist with any additional tasks related to the churros vending as the production team requires.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a churros vendor is highly preferred.
- General vending experience in stadiums, concessions, carnivals, fairs, etc., will also be considered.
- Must be able to work as a local hire in Orlando.
- Availability for an in-person fitting on 9/6 is mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the flow of customers and maintain an orderly vending booth.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic environment of a film shoot.
Compensation: Compensation details will be provided upon selection for the role. Rates will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
