Roller Skaters and Bladers – Background Roles
Job Detail: We seek experienced roller skaters and rollerbladers for a non-union commercial shoot. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled skaters to showcase their talent on screen. So, as you know, this is a background role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute various skating maneuvers and routines as directed by the choreographer and director.
- Maintain control and balance while performing on various surfaces and terrains.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the production team.
- Be punctual and professional throughout the shoot.
Requirements:
- Must be an experienced roller skater or rollerblader.
- Must own your skates or blades in good working condition.
- Proficient in executing a range of skating moves and tricks.
- Availability for all four work dates (Sept 19, 20, 21, or 22), though not guaranteed to work all four days.
- Must be in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) or surrounding areas.
Compensation:
- Rate: $250 for a 12-hour work day.
- Payment will be made on a per-work date basis.
