Job Responsibilities:
- Live with and participate fully in the daily life of an Amish community.
- Respectfully engage in various traditional Amish activities, which may include farming, craftsmanship, and community events.
- Interact with members of the community in a respectful and open-minded manner.
- Abide by the rules and customs of the Amish community throughout the filming.
- Work cooperatively with the film crew, while adhering to the non-intrusive nature of the series.
Requirements:
- Must be a male between the ages of 21-35.
- American citizenship or legal residency with the ability to work in the United States.
- Physically and mentally capable of handling the demands of Amish life, which is labor-intensive and without modern conveniences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on camera.
- Willingness to disconnect from electronic devices and modern amenities for the duration of the shoot.
- Must be available for the entire filming period, as specified by the production schedule.
- A background check and medical examination may be required.
Compensation Details:
- Participants will be provided with a stipend to compensate for their time on the series. The stipend amount will be disclosed upon the final casting decision.
- All living expenses within the Amish community will be covered during the filming.
- Medical insurance will be provided for the duration of the shoot.
