Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character of MAMAW, bringing to life her kind-hearted nature, musical talent, and familial bond with BILLY.
- Perform piano pieces as required by the script, showcasing musical proficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the director and other cast members to develop a believable and dynamic relationship between MAMAW and BILLY.
- Participate in rehearsals and all scheduled filming dates.
Requirements:
- Female actors in their late 60s to 70s.
- Must have genuine piano playing skills.
- Open to all ethnicities.
- Previous acting experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to convey a wide range of emotions and portray a convincing grandmother-grandson relationship.
- Reliable transportation to and from the filming location in Birmingham, AL.
