Job Description: We are casting for the principal lead role in an upcoming independent short film titled “The Interview.” This is a low-budget project set in Nashville, TN, and we are seeking talented individuals for a principal speaking role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character of Mortelle Alter Ego #4 in “The Interview.”
- Bring the character to life through engaging and dynamic performance.
- Follow the direction of the film’s director and collaborate with the production team.
- Participate in rehearsals and film shoots as scheduled.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality on set.
Requirements:
- Nonbinary individuals aged 20 to 50 years old.
- All ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to embody the character of Mortelle, who changes genders and races briefly.
- Comfortable portraying a character with a wry sense of humor, odd hopefulness, and a deep love for mankind, while also pointing out their flaws.
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available for the entirety of the shoot schedule.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $125 for 12 hours.
- Meals and refreshments provided on set.
