Job Description: We are seeking a young male actor for the lead role in an upcoming independent international feature film. The film will be shot from November 2024 to January 2025 in Maharashtra. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a significant project that explores the life of a young boy from a small town.
Role: Suraj
Character Description: Suraj is a boy from a small town who must know how to swim. This role requires fluency in Marathi, with additional speaking parts in Hindi and basic English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character of Suraj in an authentic and compelling manner.
- Deliver lines in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English as required by the script.
- Participate in swimming scenes as needed for the character.
- Collaborate with the director and production team to bring the character to life.
- Attend final callbacks in Mumbai if shortlisted.
Requirements:
- Male actor, looks 11-15 years old.
- Fluency in Marathi is a must.
- Basic proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Must know how to swim.
- Freshers and experienced actors are welcome to apply.
- Theatre experience is a plus but not required.
- Open to applicants from anywhere in India, with the understanding that final callbacks will take place in Mumbai.
