Job Description:

We are casting a Male SAG-AFTRA actor for a very featured background role in an indie feature film. The role requires an actor to portray a “Menacing Patrolman Eating a Baby” in a highly stylized and intense scene. We are looking for an actor with strong, menacing looks who is comfortable acting out this extreme scenario. This is a key background role that adds tension and drama to the film, and the actor must be fully committed to delivering a memorable performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a menacing patrolman in a unique and unsettling scene involving a baby.
• Work closely with the director to ensure the scene’s emotional impact and visual intensity.
• Follow all direction to create the desired menacing effect and tone for the film.
• Be comfortable with the content of the scene and act out the scenario convincingly.
• Participate as a very featured background actor in a visually striking sequence.

Requirements:

• Male, aged 25-50.
• Must be a SAG-AFTRA member in good standing.
• Must have a menacing look and strong on-camera presence.
• Comfortable with intense scenes and the specific context of this role.
• Must be based in Los Angeles and available for both day and night shoots.
• Must be able to provide recent photos (selfie, mid-body, and full body) and confirm comfort with the scene’s content.

Compensation:

• SAG-AFTRA rate: $216 for 8 hours of work.

Casting Call: Caucasian Baby (Female Preferred) for Union-Approved/Interim Project

Job Detail: We are currently seeking a Caucasian baby (female preferred) between the ages of 6 months to 12 months for an interim project. The project has received union approval and will take place on Wednesday, September 20th, in Newport.

Job Responsibilities:

• The selected baby will be featured in specific scenes as directed by the production team.
• Must be comfortable with the presence of crew members and equipment.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during shooting.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female preferred
• Age: 6 months to 12 months
• Ethnicity: Caucasian
• Eye Color: Brown
• Hair Color: Brunette

Additional Information:

• Parental Accompaniment: The selected baby must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the shoot.

Compensation:

• The selected baby will receive a compensation of $350 for a 4-hour workday.
