Job Description: A24, a renowned production company, is casting for fluent Japanese speakers for a variety of day player roles in an upcoming feature film. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a major production, even if you have no prior acting experience. The film will be shot in New York, NY, during Fall 2024.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray various characters in day player roles requiring fluency in Japanese.
- Follow direction from the film’s director and production team to bring authenticity to your character.
- Be prepared to work on set for the duration of the shoot day.
- Collaborate effectively with other cast members and crew to ensure a successful production.
Requirements:
- Must be between 20 to 70 years old.
- Must be a fluent Japanese speaker.
- Must be comfortable on camera, with or without prior acting experience.
- Must be based in New York, NY, or willing to work as a local in New York.
- Willingness to travel if required for the role.
