Casting Call for Non-Union Tourism Shoot in Upstate New York (Saratoga Area)

Job Description: A non-union tourism shoot is seeking diverse, real couples and families in the Upstate New York area (Saratoga) for a local production. The shoot will highlight outdoor activities and scenic views of the region. The selected talent must be active, energetic, and comfortable participating in various outdoor activities. This is an excellent opportunity for couples and families who enjoy nature and are looking to participate in a fun, exciting project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in outdoor activities, showcasing enthusiasm and energy while exploring the natural surroundings.
• Cooperate with the production team to capture authentic moments that highlight the tourism experience in the area.
• Follow directions from the casting and production crew during filming to ensure a smooth shoot.

Requirements:

• YOUNG COUPLE: Seeking a real couple, ages 21–35, all ethnicities. Must enjoy the outdoors and be able to participate actively in outdoor scenes.
• YOUNG FAMILY: Seeking a real family, ages 30–50 for parents, and 5–12 for children. One child should have a developmental disability. Family should enjoy outdoor activities.
• MATURE COUPLE: Seeking a real couple, ages 50–65, all ethnicities. Must enjoy and be active in the outdoors.
• COUPLE (Wheelchair User): Seeking a real couple, ages 25–55. One individual in the couple must be a wheelchair user. All ethnicities.
• FAMILY WITH TEENS: Seeking a real family, ages 35–60 for parents, and 12–17 for children. Must enjoy the outdoors. One family member should be comfortable participating in an activity such as jumping off a rope swing into a lake.

Compensation:

• $650.00 per adult and $550.00 per minor for all roles.
• The project provides an inclusive and accessible environment, with all sets being handicap accessible.
