Casting Call for Mercedes-Benz Promotional Video
Job Description
Description: We are casting for a Mercedes-Benz promotional video focusing on remote services. We are seeking local talent in Atlanta, GA, for various non-speaking featured roles. The project does not require product exclusivity.
Job Responsibilities
- Acting: Deliver authentic and engaging performances in line with the creative vision of the promotional video.
- Rehearsing: Participate in fittings if needed, to ensure the proper look for the character.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude on set, arriving on time and ready to work for the entire duration of the shoot.
Roles and Requirements
Family (Real or Cast to Portray):
- Parents:
- Age Range: Late 30s to mid 40s
- Children:
- Age Range: 4-14 years old (1-2 kids)
Small Business Owner & Assistant:
- Gender: Mix of male and female
- Age Range: Late 30s to early 50s
Mercedes Vehicle Technicians:
- Gender: Mix of male and female
- Age Range: Mid 30s to mid 40s
- Note: Please include any relevant experience in the comment section of your application.
Compensation Details
- Session Fee: $100 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours pay for shoot days. Overtime is not expected but payable after 40 hours per week at $150 per hour.
- Usage Fee: $2500 for unlimited use of still and video in all media excluding traditional broadcast television, for assets in which the talent is identifiable. This includes, but is not limited to, online (corporate, social, paid), GIFs, print, email blasts, Dealer, Connected TV/Streaming Services, for 5 years effective on the first use date. Usage end dates only apply to assets in which talent is identifiable; shots where talent is not recognizable can be used in perpetuity. The agency has the right to use the assets for self-promotion in perpetuity.
- Travel Days: N/A – local talent only.
- Fittings (if needed on non-shoot day): $50 per hour (paid as work time if done on shoot day)
- Agent Fees: 20% on wages
- Payment: All fees to be paid in quarter-hour increments.
