Casting Call: Family for Supermarket Commercial in NYC
Role Description: We are seeking a diverse group of actors to portray a family in a supermarket commercial. The ideal candidates will include a mother, father, and two children. The scene will depict the daily hustle and bustle of family life in a supermarket.
Roles:
- Mom: Female, 30-40 years old, all ethnicities. Must have a warm, friendly presence and be relatable. Only the mom will have speaking lines directed to the camera.
- Dad: Male, 35-45 years old, all ethnicities.
- Kid 1: Child, 7-10 years old, all ethnicities.
- Kid 2: Child, 3-5 years old, all ethnicities.
Responsibilities:
- Portray a family navigating the busy life of shopping in a supermarket.
- Follow the direction to create an authentic and engaging family dynamic.
- The mom will need to speak to the camera, delivering lines with warmth and relatability.
- Handle and potentially consume various foods, including meats and vegetables.
Requirements:
- Must be non-allergic to any foods.
- Comfortable handling and consuming food on set.
- Available for both filming dates: July 1st and 2nd.
- Must work locally in the New York area.
Compensation:
- Each family member will be compensated $3,000 for a 12-hour workday.
