Job Details:
We are casting for a Samsung project that will feature various vignettes. We are seeking a highly skilled street-style skateboarder, aged 10-17, of any ethnicity. This role requires advanced or professional-level street skateboarding skills. Additionally, the role involves some acting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced or professional-level street skateboarding tricks and maneuvers.
- Participate in acting scenes as required by the vignette scripts.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve desired outcomes for each shoot.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the production team.
Requirements:
- Age: 10-17 years old
- Skill Level: Very advanced or professional level street-style skateboarder
- Experience: Demonstrable amazing street skateboarding skills; other skateboarding skills are a plus
- Acting: Willingness to perform some acting as part of the role
- Availability: Must be available for travel and shoot dates (June 8-10, 2024)
Compensation Details:
- Hourly Rate: Up to $800 per hour for 1-2 hours of shooting
- Buyout Fee: $5,000
- Travel Days: $400 per day for 2 travel days
- Per Diem: Provided for 2 days (talent only)
- Hotel and Travel: Covered for the talent and one guardian
- Fitting Fee: Included in the stated rate
- Down Day: No pay on one potential down day
