Casting Call: Commercial Actor for Firehouse Subs

Job Description: We are seeking talented actors for an upcoming Firehouse Subs commercial. This is a non-union project that requires individuals who can portray relatable, everyday characters with strong on-camera presence. Selected actors will participate in various scenes that showcase the brand’s commitment to quality and community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled fittings and rehearsals.
  • Participate in the commercial shoot, adhering to the direction and vision of the production team.
  • Deliver lines and perform actions as required by the script.
  • Maintain professionalism on set and collaborate effectively with the cast and crew.

Requirements:

  • Previous acting experience in commercials or related projects is preferred.
  • Must be available for the entire shoot schedule, including fittings and rehearsals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
  • Must not have any conflicts or exclusivity agreements with other Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Minors must comply with CA Child Labor Laws.

Compensation Details:

  • OCP Session: $575.00 payment per 8-hour workday. Minors’ hours will comply with CA Child Labor Law.
  • OCP OT Rate: Time and a half for hours 9-12, paid in 15-minute increments.
  • OCP Fitting: $75 payment for a 2-hour fitting, scheduled tentatively for the day prior. OT to be paid at time and a half in 15-minute increments.
  • Travel & Down Days: $250 per day.
  • Renewal Option: Option to renew for one consecutive 1-year term with a 10% increase to the initial term use fee, at the sole discretion of the advertiser.
  • VO Recording:
    • Singer Session: $500, not to exceed 8 hours.
    • ADR Session (TV): $250, not to exceed 1 hour.
    • AVO Session (TV &/or Radio): $500, not to exceed 2 hours, inclusive of all scripts.
    • Radio Usage Fee: $4000 one-time payment for 1 year of Radio use (including terrestrial, satellite, and streaming) in North America.
    • Any OT to be paid at time and a half in 15-minute increments.
    • 20% agent fee, if applicable.
  • Rehearsal Fee: $500, if applicable, for 8 hours.
  • Booking Sheet: Should confirm all fees and terms outlined in this notice and include performer name, agent contract, photo, spot(s), role, and shoot day.
  • Agent Fee: 20%, if talent is represented and indicates agent info on the contract.
