Casting Call: Brand Ambassadors for Dunkin' Prom at Cleveland Children's Hospital Teen Prom
Job Description: Branded Promo Talent, a leading experiential marketing agency, is seeking dependable, outgoing, and professional brand ambassadors for the Dunkin' Prom powered by Joy, an event for the Cleveland Children's Hospital Teen Prom. This role involves engaging with attendees, promoting Dunkin' Joy, and ensuring a memorable experience for all participants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handler:
- Assist the mascot performer with costume management and on-site logistics.
- Ensure the mascot's safety and comfort.
- Interact with event attendees, providing information and promoting the Dunkin' brand.
- Coordinate with the event team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Mascot:
- Perform in the Dunkin' mascot costume, engaging with attendees.
- Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for the children and teens.
- Follow the handler's directions to navigate the event space safely.
- Maintain the character's persona throughout the event.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, outgoing, and professional.
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is preferred.
- Comfortable interacting with children and teens.
- Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the event team.
- Availability for the entire duration of the event, including the costume drop.
- For Mascot role: Must be physically fit to wear the costume and perform.
Compensation Details:
- Handler: $100 flat rate
- Mascot: $120 flat rate
- Compensation is paid weekly via 1099.
