Amazon Studios Casting Calls & Acting Auditions

We are looking for the following roles! If you are interested and available in any of the following, please note you must be fully available for the dates listed, be willing to follow the Covid 19 Protocols in place on set, attend a covid test prior to a fitting and filming.

All positions require Covid 19 testing provided by the studio within 48 hours prior to working.

This is a period piece taking place in the 1940’s so no big visible tattoos, no highlighted or colored hair, no modern haircuts, no vissible piercings that cannot be removed.

Must be okay working around atmospheric smoke. No wool allergies. INTERIOR WORK! Ages 18-99, African American Women. Must have real experience as a hair stylist.

Women’s hair requirements are as follows: No fashion colors. No wigs. No weaves. No braids. No undercuts. No ombré or unnatural looking highlights. No roots if hair is colored. Hair must be above the shoulders, it cannot touch the shoulders. If hair touches shoulders, it will need to be cut by our hair dept. Short hair is ok. Any texture is ok. Gray hair on more mature women is great. NO TATTOOS FOR WOMEN! Men cannot have any visible tattoos that won’t be covered in a suit.

The series will be filming in NYC. Will be asked to attend a wardrobe fitting in Brooklyn before work date. There will be mandatory covid tests prior to fitting and work date(s). Covid tests are provided by production and are paid. PPE must be worn at all times at fitting and on set when not on camera. We require covid tests even if vaccinated.

Tentative shoot date is 6/28 (with covid test 6/24 & 6/25). Must have full day availability for all the shoot dates as we don’t get the call times until the day before. Fitting & covid test before shoot date are TBD. Tests and filming take place in Brooklyn.
