“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”

KIDS NEEDED 

This casting notice is for KIDS ages 9 to 12 only

Here are the basics: 

Filming dates for GG3: filming starts in November and will continue thru the end of March 2022. We film a  Monday thru Friday work week, in and around ATLANTA and FAYETTEVILLE, GA. The first smaller group of  kids will be working towards the end of  November for a few days only, and then in the new year, we will have more days for more kids. 

VACCINATION & TESTING for COVID 19

Minors under the age of 12 are not able to be vaccinated. HOWEVER, any child that is age 12 and the PARENT or GUARDIAN accompanying any minor to any fittings or filming must be fully vaccinated within 2 weeks prior to their first work date, as there is a vaccination mandate in place on this film. ALSO, everyone working on the film is covid tested within 48 hours of each work date, including fittings etc… (or must show proof of a PCR test within 48 hrs from another project). THIS INCLUDES the PARENT or GUARDIAN. Covid testing may also occur once on set, if the scene is multiple days. All covid testing done ahead of time on a separate day ahead of time, is a $50 add’l payment TO everyone, including the parent/guardian. WE PAY YOU, to be covid tested. 

NOTE: 

You must be local to the GREATER ATLANTA AREA, or able to work as a local hire, which includes being legal to work in the U.S. with a non-restricted passport or work visa.

KIDS NEEDED

NOTE: some of these types will have prosthetics and some will not! ALL kids will either have their hair either sprayed with a wash out color during filming or will be wigged (by us)

– Ages 9 to 12 only (can be older if they are short/small for their age and look younger!) 

– Smaller/shorter kids (no one taller than 5’0” (60”)

– Male and Female

– WORK DATES: First group works 2 to 3 days approx. in late -November, and then others Jan/Feb/March dates tbd 

– PAY RATES: $124/8 with add’l bumps for either wash out color and/or if chosen for prosthetics or wigs ( Prosthetic and wigging bumps range, for different levels,  from $25 to $75). 

COVID TESTING BUMP: We pay $50 each time you are covid tested when not already working for us on that given day.

Vicky Boone Casting is casting black women with authentic Nigerian or African dialects in a new comedy series for a Major Streaming Network shooting in Houston, TX. While comedians and performers are encouraged to submit, no acting experience is necessary to be considered!

CASTING: 

• NIGERIAN WOMAN – age 25-35 This character is a Nigerian female in her 30s. She rocks a baby in her arms while her other two children sit on the floor coloring in coloring books. At the immigration courthouse in Houston. The character speaks with a natural Nigerian accent.. No acting experience necessary!

Corduroy Casting Call

SAG-AFTRA/NONUNION to portray Chinese/Hong Kong restaurant patrons for Corduroy: feature film that chronicles the efforts of journalists to bring to light decades of abuse and harassment within Hollywood. Must be willing to eat Chinese food on camera. If you are vegetarian / vegan we will provide proper options.

PAID WORK!!! If you are nonunion we will be requesting a SAG-AFTRA waiver for the work.

Work date is Friday 9/24 with covid testing the morning of Wednesday 9/22

Mandatory Covid Testing provided by production!

Rate = $182/8hrs for the work date; $100 stipend covid testing

• MALE TENNIS PLAYER: Looking for a male who portrays AFRICAN AMERICAN, who is a PROFICIENT tennis player. Must fall within this size range to be considered: 
• height 5’10 – 6’2
• weight 170-210lbs

As a condition of working on set, you are required to get a paid Covid-19 test at a production sanctioned testing facility prior to any work date(s). Additional testing may also be done on workdays. 

While at the test facility and on set, Production requires that a face mask that covers your nose and mouth be worn. All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.
