For everyone for whom the FDA has approved or authorized vaccines, including boosters, for use for individuals in that person’s age group (currently, 5 and older), the studio, Endeavor Content, is mandating that all cast, including any cast guardians, and all crew working within the cast zone, must be “fully vaccinated” against COVID-19, which shall also include COVID-19 booster shots and future booster immunizations as recommended by official health authorities, as a condition of employment on the show, to the maximum extent permitted by the “Return to Work Agreement” between the union-guild coalition and the AMPTP companies. Effective March 15, 2022, only individuals who are “up to date” on their vaccines, as that term is defined by the CDC, shall be considered “fully vaccinated” under the Return to Work Agreement. An individual who has received a primary series of vaccine as outlined by the CDC need not receive a booster dose until eligible in order to be “up to date.” Individuals who have received a Novavax or AstraZeneca vaccine shall be considered “fully vaccinated” for all purposes under the Return to Work Agreement as long as the individual has received at least three vaccine doses, which may be any combination of a vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the U.S. FDA, Novavax, or AstraZeneca.
Specifically, for those employees in “Zone A” as defined in the RTW Agreement, you must answer simply “Yes” or “No” to this question: are you “fully vaccinated”* or do you have a disability or sincerely held religious belief that prevents you from being vaccinated? Any offer of employment made to any prospective employee who answers “Yes” to the preceding question is conditioned upon your providing proof of being “up to date” on your vaccination status or, if applicable, verification of your disability or sincerely held religious belief and a determination that a reasonable accommodation can be made for you following an interactive process to identify accommodation options that do not pose an undue hardship on the Studio.
