We are looking for individuals to portray featured breast cancer patients in a support group setting. This opportunity is to work as background actors in a project that aims to present authentic and meaningful representations of individuals battling breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in scenes as a member of a breast cancer support group.
• Portray the role of a breast cancer patient with sensitivity and authenticity.
• Be willing to appear on camera in accordance with the character’s requirements, which may include appearing without wigs or head coverings if your character is depicted as having hair loss due to treatment.

Requirements:

• Open to SAG-AFTRA members.
• We are specifically seeking:
  • Individuals who have undergone a mastectomy.
  • Female identifying individuals who wear wigs due to hair loss from treatment.
  • Individuals who are bald or have visibly patchy hair and are willing to appear on camera without a wig or head covering.
• Must be comfortable portraying emotional and potentially vulnerable scenes related to breast cancer experiences.
• Availability for the specified filming date(s) and location.
• Ability to follow direction and work well with others, including crew members and other cast.
• Prior acting experience is not required, but a willingness to participate in a supportive and respectful manner is essential.

Compensation:

• The filming rate is $208 for 8 hours of work. Overtime, if applicable, will be paid in accordance with SAG-AFTRA regulations.
• Transportation and/or accommodation are not covered unless specified otherwise.

Casting Call: Background Extra Role – Young Boy to Portray Sibling

Job Details:

We are currently seeking a young boy aged 4-6 years old to play the role of a sibling in a background extra role for a church scene in an upcoming production. This is a non-speaking part that requires the child to act naturally and follow simple directions within a set environment. This role is pivotal in adding authenticity and depth to the scene.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the background of a church scene, portraying the role of a sibling.

• Follow directions from the director and crew to ensure the scene is captured as intended.

Casting Call: Background Actors for TV Series “Dying for Sex”

Job Description: We are currently casting non-SAG (Screen Actors Guild) individuals to play attractive bar patrons in the background for an upcoming series titled “Dying for Sex”.
