CASTING CALL – WOMENS WORLD CUP CAMPAIGN – FILMING IN SYDNEY
We are looking to cast a HIGH LEVEL female soccer player age 12 – 16yrs to feature in an upcoming campaign for a financial services corporation in sponsorship of the FIFA 2023 WOMENS WORLD CUP.
This campaign tells the story of a young player’s journey to greatness, and the small acts of support that helped her get there.
1. FEMALE SOCCER PLAYER (12 – 16yrs)
- MUST BE BASED IN THE SYDNEY AREA
- Competitive and athletic girl who is both a talented individual player and loves being part of a team. She lives and breathes soccer.
- Some on camera / acting experience would be preferred but is not essential.
- 1st + 2nd May 2023 (2 x shoot days)
TALENT FEES: Our selected player will receive $4,500 AUD for her involvement

- If you are selected for a role you will be required for 1 day of filming between 27th – 29th May 2023.
- We will be shooting these in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch so if you are selected you will need to be near one of those cities.
- If selected for the shoot you will be paid between $2500 – $4500 depending on the size of the role.
- You may also be paid another $1800 if you are used in the connected print campaign. We would likely want to film you at your home, work, or possibly in your community.
- The commercials will screen on NZ TV, Cinema, Online and Stadium Screen for 6 months this year.
- You MUST be over 25 years old to apply as this is for an alcohol brand
- You MUST NOT have any criminal convictions – including drink driving or loss of licence.

Additional Provisions: The rate for mandatory fitting: $100+20% per person. Talent from outside Central Florida (over a 2-hour drive away) will be paid $200 travel stipend per family, friend group, pair, trio, etc. $75 per diem / per person for each non-shoot day provided. Be one of the first to ride the all-new TRON Lightcycle Run rollercoaster in Tomorrowland at the WDW Magic Kingdom!

Project Synopsis: The twitch generation of gamers and their families that love them. Our tweens and young adults are cool, confident, and approachable and look like they would be right at home in the world of a video game. Unique looks and defining characteristics are a plus. A.) SEEKING 3 REAL FAMILIES (or parts of real families such as a real dad and his daughter, who would be paired with a real mom and her son, for example). Preference is for an entire family.

BOH (Back of House) Kitchen Manager is an essential leadership and management role of food service venue(s), primarily responsible all aspects of day to day kitchen operations by providing leadership, directions and resources to effectively fulfill venue(s) and departmental goals in support of the theme park

- Able to establish and maintain adequate inventory, preparation, and production par level to ensure full menu availability
- Ensures proper food rotation (FIFO) practices are executed to prevent quality and spoilage issues
- Manages food product and supply inventory including monthly inventory counts to resolve any cycle count variances with corrective actions
- Collaborates with Culinary, Management and Sourcing Teams on supply chain issues and recommends ingredient substitution when needed
- Ensures daily line check, food quality and food safety inspections to performed and meets standards
- Takes an active part in recruitment, development and retention of staff
- Creates weekly schedules to efficiently staff for business demand
- Effectively builds a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Works closely with Human Resources and Management Teams to manage individual performances including coaching, development and disciplinary actions
- Develop and foster open communication and healthy working relationships with all support partners, between business units and company departments.

This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite. Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Culinary knowledge and experiences
- Experience: 5+ years restaurant management experience while managing a team of 20+employees
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends and nights

Job Description
- Partners with Creative and Technical Services in pre-opening period and ride test cycling as well as ongoing post-opening assessment for potential change/improvement items.
- Assists Talent Acquisition team for assurance most qualified candidates are hired/trained prior to grand opening and all training programs are maintained.

- Supports artistic and thematic integrity of attractions.

- Maintains the operational efficiency AHC/THC of attractions during park hours and seasonal/special events.
- Crisis management including Guests’ and Team Members Medical/Emergency situations.

Qualifications
