Casting Call: Nissan x UberEats College Football Superfan

Job Detail: We are seeking passionate college football superfans who regularly gather to support their favorite teams for an exciting paid opportunity! Selected superfans will be featured in a social media commercial promoting Nissan and UberEats.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend a local shoot in your city during the week of November 19th.
  • Bring your authentic college football fan energy and enthusiasm to the shoot.
  • Follow directions from the production team to ensure a successful commercial shoot.
  • Engage in fun and spirited football-related activities for the commercial.

Requirements:

  • Must be a dedicated college football superfan.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Paid Search Manager to join us at Realtime Agency – a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency.

Reporting to our Head of Search, you will be working on some of our key accounts, where you’ll be responsible for building and implementing state-of-the-art paid search strategies.

You will need to perform in-depth analysis with the aim of delivering strong performance across the KPIs set. You will own day-to-day optimizations on the channels, design and implement innovative test ideas, budget management, performance reporting, and additional duties relating to ensuring performance is on-target or exceeds expectations.

You will need to be curious and not afraid to push the boundaries while thinking of the big picture; someone who can deep dive into the details through proactivity, eagerness, and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
  • Manage client communications across key accounts and present the strategic vision and current performance at regular client meetings.
  • Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.
  • Work closely with the reporting team to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.

Summary of Position

The Executive Director, Awards & Talent Relations will lead strategic development and execution for awards campaigns and talent relations for STARZ Original Series. They will also liaise with Publicity, Events, Creative, Paid Media, Digital Marketing, Programming, and other internal departments on all awards efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years creating strategic and effective awards campaigns in the television industry. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Publicity, Events, Awards and Talent Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the strategic development and execution of awards campaigns supporting STARZ Original Series and talent through all phases on an ongoing basis. Serves as the primary network liaison for awards entities.
  • Budgets, plans and executes a wide range of awards related tactics to maximize exposure and recognition for STARZ Originals Series and talent.
  • Oversees awards submissions with guidance on entry strategy and works to ensure submissions are complete and compliant.
