A natural at talking to people, a true connector along with her creative mindset proved to be the perfect combination to allow her to achieve her current title of Casting Director and President of KMoss Casting. Because the Reality Television Industry gave her so much, Kristen is determined to give back. Creating the American Reality Television Awards in 2012 with her business partner, Andrew Ward, is one of the biggest accomplishments of her life.
