Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with one of the largest multinational food and beverage companies. We are looking for a Art Director for a 18M assignment. This person would work on multiple projects, activations with key retailers, presentations, versioning existing campaigns, design and build new campaigns. Must have hands-on design experience and concepting experience. Must have a portfolio of work

This is an 18 month assignment in St Louis, MO. Only local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute traditional and digital communications with excellent design capabilities and a complete understanding of the consumer/user.
  • Exercise quality control of design recommendations and executions.
  • Operate with a degree of autonomy by receiving project assignments, completing on time, understanding direction and applying feedback. Credibly represent and present your own work.
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Managers and Strategy team partners, fellow creatives, internal and external teams, clients and vendor partners. Positively influence decisions for the benefit of the creative work and the brand.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience working as an Art Director or similar creative role
  • Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma skills for both digital and print design
  • Strong understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital channels, including: social, ecommerce, digital display advertising and retailer digital advertising
  • Ability to contribute to brainstorming and general problem solving
  • Strong typography skills
  • Basic motion design skills, including After Effects, animated GIFs. Further After Effects experience a plus.

5 MONTH CONTRACT WITH TOP SPORTS RETAIL BRAND- CAN BE BASED ONSITE IN BOSTON OR ONSITE IN NYC! LOOKING FOR A SENIOR CREATIVE PRODUCER FOR INTEGRATED BRAND CREATIVE- MUST UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCTION CYCLE, HAVE A BACKGROUND IN MOTION CONTENT, AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PHOTO/ART BUYING INDUSTRY!

Sr. Creative Producer duties include leading/scoping all aspects of production. Including identifying production and creative partners, providing guidance on timing and budget criteria, shepherding projects through the ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production process. This includes managing everything from consistent integration of our creative brand POV, to driving contractual oversight and legal feedback, to ensuring assets are delivered to spec. Act as a 360 producer, from brand video & photography, to documentary content, to animation, to social assets, to events/activations. Drive collaboration with project management. Educate teams about the production process that would aid in driving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • all aspects of production – including identifying production partners, timing, budget, and sourcing of deliverables across a variety of projects and platforms/placements.
  • creative photographers/illustrator/casting agencies/production agencies/stylists/models + talent/videographers/copywriters
  • all elements of production (location scouting/casting/model & wardrobe selection, insurance coverage, adhering to shot list and schedule as relates to budget, obtaining creative overage estimates as need be, following compliance guidelines, booking travel, ensure file and spec sizes, provide any necessary meta-data, review, and approve all final billing from vendor for payment.
  • for art buying, managing internal and external content creation (photo, video, artwork, illustrators, copy, etc.)
  • relationships and collaborate with emerging and existing artists, agencies, and other partners
  • direct, plan, and execute photo and video productions. Work to create schedule, review concepts with Brand Creative and key stakeholders and ensure concept works within budgets and schedule.

  • project plans and associated communications alongside key functional partners (creative, digital, editorial, influencer marketing, brand marketing, product, and ops)

Drive collaboration with project management – including workbacks, budget tracking and communications as well as educating teams about the production process to drive efficiency and grounded process

Collaborate with cross functional global and regional teams including IBC (integrated brand creative), Brand Management, Brand Planning + Operations, Digital Marketing and Retail Brand.

Passionate knowledge of what’s happening in the creative and cultural world that our brand communicates

Partner with legal team to clear all rights and obtain accurate release forms/agreements. Ensure compliance and good business sense with regulations and codes of practice

  • prepare and control production budget while partnering with project managers and budget holders

  • negotiations and process improvements. Knowledge of industry trends to offer insights on opportunities for new growth, creative opportunities, and community network connections.

Collaborate and partner with creative leads to drive new creative approaches that align brand aesthetics across all platforms.

Ensure all content gets uploaded to appropriate locations in Box and/or Brand Portal as directed.

Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with our client, an American subsidiary of one of the globally well known food and beverage company. This subsidiary produces and markets pet food, treats, and litter.

***Candidates must be local to St. Louis, MO and able to work on-site 4 days a week, with Fridays remote.

Pay: $46/hr

Position Summary:

Adecco’s client has an in-house creative team fostering a dynamic environment for talented individuals who thrive in the intersection of agency excitement and corporate stability. As a Senior Art Director, you will be a versatile and strategic creative thinker, responsible for ideation, creation, and production of high-quality work aligned with brand objectives. Your expertise in design will be utilized in collaboration with creative and account service teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design print, promotion, collateral, in-store, and advertising materials, from concept to final execution, based on client direction (15%)
  • Conceptualize and execute digital content, including ecommerce assets, digital advertising, website assets, and video (30%)
  • Contribute to package design efforts (15%)
  • Present ideas and designs convincingly to internal teams and clients (15%)
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as creative leadership, account service, legal, and clients (25%)

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to longer-range client/agency goals for business growth
  • Demonstrate a positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for creating original, solution-oriented work
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects across various client brands

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidates must submit a portfolio with work examples.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in advertising or in-house agency roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Associates Degree with a strong emphasis on graphics and communication
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
