Casting Call: The Corps
Job Details: We are currently seeking physically fit men aged 18-20 to portray soldiers in bootcamp for the upcoming production of The Corps. This role requires a full-time commitment and will involve rigorous physical activity and demanding scenes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in bootcamp scenes as a soldier in the rival platoon.
- Follow the direction of the production team and adhere to the shooting schedule.
- Maintain a buzz cut hairstyle throughout the duration of the shoot.
- Engage in physically demanding activities as part of the role.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 18-20.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous activities.
- Willingness to have a buzz cut and maintain it throughout the shooting period.
- Ability to commit full-time from June 12th to July 1st.
- Prior acting experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation Details:
- Hourly Rate: $17.86/hr.
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the regular rate after 8 hours each day.
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 45 hours per week ($848.35/week).
- Haircut Bump: $100 for the first haircut.
Job Detail: We are currently seeking a male child actor, aged 10 or who appears to be 10 years old, to participate in a non-union marketing video. This project is focused on pediatric mental health services and aims to promote a new program to primary care providers. The video will be used for marketing purposes and will not be broadcasted.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a young patient experiencing a range of emotions, from sadness and withdrawal to happiness and outgoing behavior.
- Follow directorial guidance to achieve the desired expressions and actions that convey the narrative of improving mental health through the services.
- Participate in the shoot, maintaining professionalism and commitment throughout the filming process.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 10 or appears to be 10. Experience in acting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to express a wide range of emotions convincingly, as per the video’s narrative.
- Must be available for the entire shoot day on Thursday, May 30.
- Legal guardian must be present during the shoot and provide consent.
- Travel to and from Lebanon, NH, must be managed by the talent or their guardian.
Compensation:
- $750 for the shoot day.
- Compensation is a flat rate and covers all participation during the shoot day.
