Job Description
The Digital Investment Coordinator contributes to the coordination of the media buying process and is essential to the day-to-day management of client and business through the MBP process, buy maintenance, and performance. The individual in this role is required to work well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. A successful Digital Investment Coordinator is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects.
- Assists in the development of digital media presentations and tactical POV’s.
- Ensures key information is provided to the media operations and media planning teams throughout the campaign activation and maintenance process.
- Supports strong working relationships with vendors to achieve campaign objectives and fulfil client campaign goals.
- Supports the negotiation process for approved media buy activations – Video, Display, Social, Programmatic, etc.
- Works with Traffic Launch and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure flawless implementation of digital media plan and supports in all digital media tracking troubleshooting.
- Works with creative agency to understand creative assets available and any custom placements
- Conducts research and development of media measurements – Audience, Ratings, Etc.
- Supports the media operations team with client financials: budget reconciliation and budget management.
- Contributes to strategizing ways to improve and optimize campaign performance to meet client KPIs.
- Assists with client reporting commentary that is easy to understand, compelling and persuasive.
- Enters key client information into media buy systems.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams.
- Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially.
- Knowledge of digital media tools is considered a strong asset.

Job Description
Carat is looking is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Senior Manager to support retail clients in multiple verticals., working with one of our largest clients, an automotive manufacturer Reporting into a Director of Retail Media, the Sr Manager will demonstrate the ability to plan, lead launches and optimization, and provide impactful reporting on client marketing campaigns within Amazon Sponsored Ads. You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting, insights, and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution. The ideal candidate would also enjoy working on cross-functional client teams, collaborating with other channel experts to drive integrated marketing support for our clients.
You Will
- Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, reporting, keyword and targeting strategies, and campaign revisions based on performance history and our client’s goals.
- Plan and execute retail search and retail display campaigns, including account setup, campaign builds, daily optimization, bid strategy development and managed and budget pacing.
- Use the latest technology and best practices to build strategic automation into campaign management and reporting.
- Work with our reporting teams and tech to develop and update performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
- Ensure campaigns follow best practice guidelines
- Assist and attend regularly schedule client performance and status meetings and ad-hoc client presentations.
- Collaborate across our client team and channels.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for performance marketing, new platforms and the exciting world of eCommerce and emerging platforms.
- At least 4 years digital performance marketing experience in Amazon.
- Additional experience in eCommerce / retail search, paid search, PPC, paid social, programmatic, or related field preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, meeting KPIs and informing KPI goals
- Working knowledge of bid management platforms preferred
- Strong excel skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis
- Strong personal organizational, communication and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience collaborating with peers and guiding other team members.
- Enjoy learning new platforms, skills and analyzing data and working with agility and learning more about retail media capabilities.
- Well-honed communication skills with senior audiences
- Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 – $106,000 annually. Job Description
We are looking for someone to develop and lead best in class strategies and management of Mobile and App based performance marketing accounts. Reporting to a Director of Paid Search, you will provide leadership across the business and liaise with other channels and cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated response to mobile and app marketing objectives. You will have demonstrated skills and hands-on experience scaling mobile app growth. This role requires experience running multi-channel app campaigns with a relentless analytical rigor, ability to connect objectives to business results and curiosity to pursue client growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to mobile app campaign management, in cooperation with VP/Director of Paid Search and Paid Social teams.
- Lead growth marketing strategies, planning, execution, campaign management, and performance-based measurements (including subscription funnel data) for the Shift mobile app to boost installs, users, and revenue.
- Fluency and expertise in implementation of all aspects of multi-channel marketing including SEM, Apple App Store, as well as paid advertising via mobile networks, influencer campaigns, AdWords, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, utilizing audience and device targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, display, and other tactics.
- Track and measure campaign success, providing performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns, relentlessly iterating to optimize performance and results based on data and insights
- Immerses self in clients’ business: understanding their goals, external economic environment, industries; also know their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with significant portion of time dedicated to managing Mobile App performance marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering significant customer acquisition growth and optimization across all key mobile app metrics, including monetization via app subscriptions
- Exceptional knowledge of Mobile App space, performance marketing, market development and trends
- Deep understanding of how Mobile App intersects across channel teams – Paid Search / SEM, Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, Social and Attribution
- Hands-on experience with leading app analytic tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Localytics, Appannie and/or others
- Broad range of experience managing across verticals and direct response/branded campaigns
