Job Description:
Good Molecules, a leading skincare brand known for its effective and affordable products, is seeking passionate and relatable content creators to help tell authentic skincare stories. We are looking for individuals who can create engaging before-and-after content showcasing real skincare results, as well as educational and creative videos centered around skincare routines, morning routines, and skincare education. This content will be used across various social media platforms, including TikTok and Meta.
As a content creator for Good Molecules, you will have the opportunity to be the face of relatable skincare content while promoting inclusivity, ethical beauty, and cruelty-free practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and submit authentic video content that highlights personal skincare journeys, focusing on before-and-after transformations or progress over time.
- Develop engaging “Get Ready With Me” (GRWM), morning routine, and skincare routine videos that appeal to a diverse audience.
- Produce educational and informative videos that communicate how Good Molecules products effectively address skincare concerns such as discoloration, dark spots, blemishes, and uneven texture.
- Ensure all content is relatable, authentic, and aligns with Good Molecules’ brand values.
- Collaborate with the Good Molecules team to align on creative direction and brand messaging.
- Upload and share content on your social media channels, particularly TikTok and Meta (Instagram, Facebook), with brand-approved hashtags and tags.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with skincare routines, including visible skincare concerns (e.g., dark spots, uneven skin tone, blemish scars) and familiarity with how skincare products can address them.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta platforms with experience in content creation.
- Ability to tell a compelling, visual story through video.
- Confidence in front of the camera, with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about ethical beauty, inclusivity, and cruelty-free products.
- Ability to produce high-quality videos (smartphone footage accepted if high-resolution).
Compensation Details:
- Compensation will be provided in the form of a content creation fee. Rates are competitive and will be determined based on the scope of work and platform reach.
- Complimentary Good Molecules products will be provided for use in content creation.
- Additional opportunities for brand collaborations and long-term partnerships may arise based on performance.
